Welcome to InfyPress. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InfyPress website at infypress.com, our WordPress plugins, and all related services. Please read them carefully.
By accessing our website, creating an account, or using any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services.
1. Definitions
Throughout these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- “Services” refers to the InfyPress website, plugins, customer support, documentation, and all related offerings.
- “Software” refers to our WordPress plugins, including AI Image SEO Optimizer, AI Meta Optimizer, AI Content Optimizer, and AI Keyword Optimizer, as well as their Pro versions.
- “User” or “You” refers to the individual or entity accessing or using our Services.
- “We,” “Us,” or “Company” refers to InfyPress.
- “Content” refers to text, images, data, and other materials processed through our Services.
- “Subscription” refers to a paid plan granting access to Pro features.
2. License Grant
2.1 Free Plugin License
Our free plugins (AI Image SEO Optimizer, AI Meta Optimizer, AI Content Optimizer, AI Keyword Optimizer) are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later (GPLv2+). The full license text is available at gnu.org/licenses/gpl-2.0.html.
Under this license, you have the freedom to:
- Run the software for any purpose.
- Study and modify the source code.
- Redistribute copies.
- Distribute modified versions under the same GPL license.
You must retain all copyright notices and license headers, and distribute any modifications under the GPL.
2.2 Pro Plugin License
Our Pro plugins (AI Image SEO Optimizer Pro, AI Meta Optimizer Pro, AI Content Optimizer Pro, AI Keyword Optimizer Pro) use a split license model:
- PHP Code: Licensed under GPLv2+, as required by WordPress. May be redistributed under the terms of the GPL.
- CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Images, Graphics, and Documentation: Proprietary, copyright InfyPress. These assets may not be redistributed, copied, or shared without written permission.
Your Pro subscription includes:
- A license key to activate Pro features.
- Priority support during your active subscription.
- Automatic updates during your active subscription.
- Access to Pro documentation and members-only resources.
Your Pro subscription does not include:
- The right to redistribute Pro plugin files.
- The right to share license keys with others.
- Use on more sites than your license tier allows (1-site, 5-site, or unlimited).
- Support or updates after your subscription expires.
2.3 License Key Terms
License keys are personal and non-transferable. Each key corresponds to a specific license tier. Keys may not be shared, sold, or publicly posted. We reserve the right to revoke keys that are used in violation of these Terms. If your subscription expires, Pro features will be disabled, but the free version of the plugin will continue to function as usual. You will no longer receive updates or priority support.
2.4 Prohibited Actions
You may not:
- Remove or alter copyright notices or license headers.
- Redistribute Pro plugin assets (CSS, JavaScript, images, documentation).
- Share, sell, or publicly post license keys.
- Circumvent or attempt to bypass license validation systems.
- Use our trademarks without written permission.
- Claim authorship of our software.
- Use the Software for illegal purposes.
Use of nulled or pirated versions of our plugins voids all support rights and may result in account termination.
2.5 GPL Clarification
Per WordPress licensing requirements, all PHP code in our Pro plugins is GPL-licensed. However, support and updates are subscription services and are not covered by the GPL. Non-PHP assets (CSS, JavaScript, images) are separately licensed and proprietary. A valid license key is required to receive support and updates. Redistribution of Pro plugins without authorization violates our proprietary asset licenses.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription options for our Pro plugins:
- Annual: Billed on a recurring yearly basis.
- Lifetime: A one-time payment for lifetime access to updates and support.
3.2 Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days’ advance notice. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before your next renewal date through your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after a renewal charge has been processed. We will send you a reminder before your subscription renews.
3.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will provide a 3-day grace period and attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times. If all attempts fail, your access to Pro features will be suspended. Accounts with outstanding balances may be terminated after 30 days.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. This guarantee applies to first-time purchases of any Pro plugin product.
4.2 Eligible Refund Reasons

While we encrypt API keys stored on your WordPress site, we are not liable for unauthorized access or misuse of your keys.
6.3 AI Disclaimers
AI outputs are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
6.4 Service Availability
AI features depend on the availability of third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of services by AI providers. Features available in our plugins may change based on updates to provider APIs or terms.

We are responsible for bugs in our plugin code, features not working as documented, security vulnerabilities in our code, and issues caused by our plugin updates.
